Product Structure
The Powerlyte series of batteries is designed to store the electrolyte required by the battery in plates and separators, and there is no free electrolyte in the battery. At the same time, the specially designed negative plate enhances the ability to absorb oxygen, and the gas resynthesis rate is high, which ensures the tightness of the battery.
· Battery cathode and anode plates
A plate made of a grid (lattice body) made of a special high-tin-lead-calcium alloy filled with an active substance.
· partitions
It is made of glass fiber wool with excellent acid resistance, which can effectively prevent short circuit between the positive and negative plates, and can absorb and retain the electrolyte well, and press the surface of the plate to prevent the active material from falling off.
· exhaust valve
It is made of synthetic rubber with excellent acid resistance and aging resistance, and it is a one-way open valve, and when the internal pressure of the battery is too high, the gas is released to restore the internal pressure to normal, which can prevent the air from being sucked into the outside of the battery.
· Battery case, cover
All of them are made of synthetic resin ABS, which has sufficient strength.

The terminal part is constructed by soldering the lead sleeve and terminal embedded in the battery cover, and then sealing with sealing resin, the positive electrode is red, and the negative electrode is black. In order to improve the performance and reliability of high-rate discharge, the terminal load is increased, and the connection plate and lead terminals are easy to install.
